Responsibilities

• Write, edit, test, debug, and optimize code for applications used by employees and Ohio residents, as part of a development team or solo as needed.
• Ensure code passes functional, performance, and load tests and aligns with State security standards.
• Participate in Agile planning activities including effort estimation, sprint planning, and design reviews.
• Investigate technology/process improvements and share SME knowledge to grow team capabilities.
• Ensure high quality through code reviews and coordinating with testing teams; assist in quality standards development and monitoring.
