Job summary

Avionté is seeking an experienced .NET/C# developer to join a 100% remote team in the United States. You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance .NET web applications backed by MS SQL Server, with a focus on tuned stored procedures and scalable architectures.

The role requires expert C#/.NET programming, strong SQL Server proficiency, and the ability to own tasks end-to-end in a fast-growing, vendor-funded staffing software ecosystem. Bonus knowledge in SSRS/BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional .NET/C# development experience.
• Expert-level skill in writing, optimizing, and debugging C# web applications and APIs.
• 2+ years hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and debugging MS SQL Server stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, debug, and maintain .NET web applications backed by MS SQL Server with emphasis on stored procedures.
• Tune and optimize SQL stored procedures for speed; troubleshoot concurrency, locking, blocking, and deadlocks.
• Implement new features, client-specific customizations, and workflows in our .NET applications.
