Himalayas is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Back-End Software Developer with strong C# and SQL expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems. You will collaborate with the Software Manager to deliver scalable solutions and contribute to full-stack initiatives, including Angular frontends.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development, a solid understanding of system architecture, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# and SQL with 10+ years experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Angular and Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Experience with enterprise applications and system architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance and own delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Software Manager.
• Test, debug, and optimize code for quality and performance.
• Build and optimize databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Contribute to full-stack efforts and Angular integrations as needed.
• Participate in system architecture design and technical decisions.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Azure.
