Job summary

DECAL is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Modernization Developer to lead modernization efforts in Atlanta. You will move from legacy ASP.NET to modern .NET/.NET 8+, build APIs, and work with Azure services and a React UI.

The role requires taking ownership from concept to production, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, with in-person collaboration in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience migrating legacy ASP.NET applications to modern .NET (6+).
• 5+ years delivering software in Agile environments using ADO or GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Champion the modernization of DECAL's licensing and eligibility applications, transitioning legacy solutions to modern .NET and Azure architectures.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and APIs.
• Build and evolve API-first integrations and services for future platform capabilities.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis, and ensure release management.
