Job summary

Synechron is seeking a senior .Net Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust web applications using .NET 8+, React and SQL Server. The role emphasizes architecture, best practices, and agile collaboration.

You will work with product owners, mentor juniors, perform code reviews, and drive technical design. Strong microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and banking domain experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years with microservice architecture and containerized design.
• Experience with .NET API for backend API development.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React/Angular and Typescript/JavaScript.
• Excellent skills in C#, .NET Core/6/8 and above, SQL, EF, LINQ.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development and tests.
• Experience with AI implementation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins preferred.
• Git experience required; Docker and Kubernetes required.
• Experience in Banking/Finance domain; Azure/AWS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides detailed architect solution for web app development using .NET 8+ and React/TS.
• Establishes processes and best practices around development standards, VCS, deployment, maintenance.
• Works in Agile with developers, admins, and business users.
• Provides detailed technical design to developers.
• Mentors developers and conducts code reviews.
