Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, including enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core, REST API Development, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications, Agentic AI solutions, or workflow automation tools.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations.
• Strong database development and data modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Python for automation, data processing, or AI integration initiatives.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, debug, and support enterprise applications for Hospital-Based Shared Services.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and operational teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI and intelligent automation to streamline manual processes.
• Design and build scalable APIs, web applications, and backend services.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Support data integration, data orchestration, and pipeline development across multiple systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and architectural diagrams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned to business needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.
