Job summary

The Senior Developer at POET in Sioux Falls, SD will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. You will lead complex projects, guide development teams, and ensure timely delivery in a large, diverse environment.

Candidates should have extensive .NET/C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server experience, plus familiarity with SharePoint and BI concepts. You will mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and testing to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years programming experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and Visual Studio.
• SharePoint, BI, Data Warehousing/Modeling experience desired.
• SQL Server experience.
• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, IBM Maximo and financial processing is a plus.
• Project Management experience desired.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Windows OS.

• Provide SME guidance for specific applications.
• Develop and write code to meet business requirements for complex projects.
