Job summary

EPAM is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (SharePoint) to own and enhance enterprise SharePoint and .NET solutions. You will translate requirements into secure, maintainable implementations and guide technical decisions with analysts, engineers and vendors.

You will support CI/CD, deployments, and production troubleshooting, applying AI-assisted development and automation to improve delivery speed and consistency.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software development experience, ideally 9+ years.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and SharePoint for enterprise-grade apps.
• Experience with TDD/BDD in daily delivery and automated testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot across tiers using structured root-cause analysis.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver value.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical custodian for SharePoint and .NET apps, documenting architecture and decisions.
• Design, develop and enhance solutions using Agile or Waterfall delivery methods.
• Investigate and resolve issues via scripts, logs, and SQL queries.
• Refine user stories with analysts and QA to improve test coverage.
• Convert acceptance criteria into automated tests (TDD/BDD).
• Support CI/CD and deployment automation with DevOps teams.
• Provide delivery estimates and manage scope and dependencies.
• Support production operations including after-hours rotation as needed.
