Job summary
HealthPlanOne is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to maintain, modernize, and extend our online and backend platforms using advanced .NET technologies. You will guide cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions supporting agent sales and business operations, while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
The role requires 7+ years of C#/.NET experience, proficiency with Blazor, WebForms, WCF, Worker Services, Azure, and SQL Server, plus strong DevOps, security, and agile delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with Blazor, JavaScript, and legacy ASP.NET WebForms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for software development projects of moderate to high complexity across .NET platforms.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, solution architecture, and system documentation.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project conventions.
- Translate requirements into robust technical solutions, integrating with SQL Server, Azure, and third-party APIs.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines.
