The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of full‑stack expertise (C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor) with cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP), RESTful APIs, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years work experience.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building modern web applications using Blazor and related front‑end technologies.
• Expertise in full‑stack application development, including business services, APIs, databases, and UI.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL, including data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience designing, building, unit testing, and integration testing of a full stack application.
• Practical experience integrating applications/components with one or more cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevSecOps practices with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, automated testing, and application monitoring.
• Experience leading technical design discussions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production problems while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross‑functional business and technology teams.
• Experience working with CoPilot and MCP servers to build, review, and document complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.
• Leverages expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contributes to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.
• Provides input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations to ensure that the overall solution meets the desired objectives.
• Participates in code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Communicates and coordinates with team members to ensure alignment, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision‑making processes.
• Contributes to the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and code quality.
• Participates in knowledge sharing activities, such as code reviews, tech talks, and workshops, to foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
• Works with other developers and team members to implement complex features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality code.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and grow professionally.
