Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer to serve as hands-on lead on an Authentication platform. You will design, develop, and support high-availability systems in an Agile team environment, delivering software through QA, UAT, and Production phases.

The role emphasizes leadership, feature design, story decomposition, and mentoring of junior engineers, with a strong focus on code quality and automated testing. Onsite in Austin, TX.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on application programming in an Agile environment
• 3+ years of leadership delivering technical innovations across teams
• Experience with C# and .NET server-side development
• Experience with IAM systems and authentication/identity platforms

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of software through QA, UAT, and Production
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, QA, and operations to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide sizing estimates with Scrum Master and product owner
• Work on story decomposition, feature design and task prioritization
• Utilize automated testing tools and TDD methodologies
• Support Identity and credential management systems for Authentication
• Mentor team members and remove roadblocks with Scrum Master
• Coordinate team deliverables for successful releases
• Identify risks and implement mitigations
• Review code quality and drive design improvements
