GEICO seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable systems across front-end and back-end layers. You will mentor engineers, implement RESTful APIs and microservices, and drive best practices in software development.

You will work hybrid in Richardson, TX, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging ReactJS, .NET/Java, and cloud services to deliver high-performance solutions that scale with demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of ReactJS experience and front-end expertise.
• 4+ years backend experience with .NET, Java, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems across front-end and back-end.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Develop reusable components and RESTful APIs / microservices.
• Leverage CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for delivery.
• Provide system documentation and runbooks.
