West Bend Insurance Company seeks a Software Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software across the full development lifecycle. You will work with .NET/C# on backend and React on the frontend, building RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.

You’ll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based solutions, and secure-by-design practices while collaborating across technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable applications for agents and underwriters in the Commercial

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern SDLC practices including source control, code reviews, unit testing, and mocking.
• Experience with build and release pipelines (Azure DevOps, NuGet, Gradle or similar).
• Ability to contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Build and support backend services with .NET/C# and frontend with React or similar frameworks.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Write clean, test-covered code emphasizing quality and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and requirements analysis.
