Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 7+ years hands-on application programming and/or test automation in Agile environments.
- Proficient in .NET technologies and C#.
- Experience leading teams and delivering technical innovations across groups.
- Familiar with Agile/Lean, TDD, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar databases and with cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of software through QA, UAT, and Production.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and Technology Operations to meet schedules and budgets.
- Provide accurate development sizing and cost estimates with the team.
- Decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks.
- Use automated testing to uphold quality standards.
- Support Identity and credential management systems for authentication.
