Vontier Corporation, via its Matco Tools division, seeks an experienced software engineer to own and advance web applications built on .NET and React. You will lead development efforts, collaborate with product owners, and ensure timely delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will guide architecture reviews, mentor teammates, and drive CI/CD practices in a microservices/Azure environment. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of web application development experience.
• Experience with .NET Core, C#, React, MVC, JavaScript, SQL Server.
• Experience in code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews.
• Experience in estimates for major enhancements and projects.
• Experience deploying .NET builds and IIS.
• Experience with microservices and Azure cloud services.
• Experience in CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based apps using Angular/React and .NET.
• Coordinate with client product owners and leadership to understand requirements.
• Present technical solutions to client leadership.
• Lead and coordinate software development activities.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team.
• Conduct code reviews and low-level design reviews.
• Code enhancements and new feature development.
• Collaborate with QA to build quality products.
• Meet delivery dates and manage project scope, resources, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional project implementations as needed.
• Mentor developers and outside consultants.
