Job summary

DriveCentric, Inc. seeks an experienced software engineer to architect and build real-time telephony services across voice, SMS/MMS, live video, and chat. You will own end-to-end integrations, from vendor APIs to tests and production rollout, and ship AI-enabled features using Telephony data.

The role also involves building testable infrastructure, managing media pipelines for recordings and video, and crafting Angular UI for Telephony features. Strong ownership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong C#/.NET development experience.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Frontend experience with Angular preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build real-time telephony services across multiple channels.
• Own end-to-end integrations: vendor API clients, data mapping, tests, and rollout.
• Ship AI features leveraging Telephony data and channels.
• Develop testable infrastructure with simulations and automated tests.
• Manage media pipelines for call recordings and video transcoding.
• Design Angular UI across Telephony feature suites.
