Qualifications

• Six years of professional software engineering experience with C# and the .NET Framework (4.x).
• Experience building and operating Windows Services (ServiceBase, SCM, InstallUtil).
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and deadlock resolution.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for architecture, design, deployment, and operational support of Windows Services.
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of high-impact production issues related to concurrency and performance.
• Define and enforce patterns for reliability, observability, and recoverability across services.
• Provide technical leadership, review code, and mentor senior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology decisions with reliability and business outcomes.
