Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for analysis, design and development of new applications, including web APIs and user interfaces.
• The position performs hands-on software development and provides technical leadership on application architecture, design patterns, and development standards.
• Duties include data modeling and database design, building secure, accessible, and responsive user interfaces, and leading and participating in code reviews.
• Maintains the Agency's applications and IT systems, mentors other developers, and documents technical decisions.
