Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in professional software development with C# and .NET, with current experience on .NET 8 or greater.
• Advanced skills in ASP.NET Core web API development, including routing, middleware, DI, configuration, and error handling.
• Experience with ORM (EF Core) including queries, transactions, and migrations.
• Relational databases experience (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL) and basic NoSQL familiarity.
• Proficient in front-end with TypeScript and modern frameworks (Vue/React/Angular).
• Knowledge of web security fundamentals (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Proficiency with Git, branching/merging, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to document design decisions and apply software architecture patterns.
• Experience with Docker and cloud concepts (SaaS/PaaS).
• Ability to mentor a small development team and communicate technical ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design and development of new applications including web APIs and user interfaces.
• Provide hands-on development and technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and standards.
• Model data, design databases, and build secure, accessible, responsive UIs.
• Lead code reviews and mentor other developers; document architectural decisions.
• Maintain Agency applications and IT systems; support CI/CD and cloud deployment.
