Job summary

Banner Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer — .NET / Integration / Automation to join the Chief Digital Officer organization. This hands-on role partners with the Systems Architect to build and maintain integrations and AI-powered workflows across ERP, CRM, and PIM platforms.

You will own substantial features end-to-end, design scalable APIs, and champion testing and reliability in a fast-paced distribution environment. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development in production.
• Experience in distribution, supply chain, e-commerce, or similar.
• Strong C#/.NET; SQL proficiency; cloud experience with Azure.
• API design and multi-system integration development.
• Ability to debug across system boundaries and test edge cases.
• Experience using AI development tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integration workflows linking core platforms (ERP, Salesforce, PIM, Algolia, Canals.ai).
• Design APIs, background jobs, and automation pipelines for high transactional volume.
• Debug across system boundaries and ensure scalable performance.
• Develop AI-powered automations and verify AI outputs before deployment.
