Job summary

SpecialtyCare seeks a senior .NET leader to supervise a development team and drive end-to-end enterprise applications on the Microsoft .NET stack. You will guide design, architecture, and delivery, balancing hands-on coding with people management to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions that support clinical operations.

You will lead a group of developers, coordinate with PMs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years software development with 5+ years C#/.NET.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Uno Platform in .NET.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment of enterprise apps on the .NET stack.
• Supervise and coach a small .NET development team.
• Oversee integrations with Azure and REST/SOAP services; ensure secure, compliant coding practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions on schedule.
