Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of healthcare solutions built on .NET, Azure, Databricks, and FHIR. You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end solution design, cloud-native development, data engineering with Azure Databricks, sprint planning, and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services like App Services, Azure Functions, API Management.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, and data integration solutions.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and technical delivery for healthcare applications.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure services.
• Drive data engineering and analytics initiatives using Azure Databricks.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and release management activities.
• Good to have knowledge of healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR standards.
