Job summary

TeamCare Medical is seeking an Application Developer III to help build our multi-tenant healthcare SaaS on Azure. You will contribute across APIs, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring tenant data isolation and secure data exchange with payers and vendors.

This senior role covers design and performance tuning of SQL Server schemas, CQRS/MediatR patterns, real-time features with SignalR, and mentoring engineers in an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years backend experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong REST API design and security: OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, JWTs, API keys, validation, error handling, and versioning.
• Experience with HIPAA considerations and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end using ASP.NET Core API and React Native frontend.
• Maintain multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation.
• Integrate X12 EDI 270/271, e-signature, and SFTP/file exchange.
• Develop real-time features with SignalR and AI features via Azure OpenAI.
• Review code, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and improve testing.
