Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a senior software architect/developer to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, scalable applications. You will guide architecture, implement microservices, and build Azure-based services while ensuring security, performance, and reliability across our healthcare-focused platform.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on development with .NET/C#, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Must develop innovative software ideas.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong development experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC, C#.
• Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficient in Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with strong SQL development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; RESTful APIs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, distributed, cloud-native applications.
• Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices.
• Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes).
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient; complete projects on time as per sprint commitments and drive delivery.
• Actively manage production issues and create hotfixes for production deployments.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries and schemas; troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews; translate requirements into solutions; lead sprint planning and delivery commitments.
