Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Senior .NET Software Developer to support logistics operations and enterprise software for Government initiatives. You will design, develop, and sustain secure, scalable applications, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity, and partners to meet mission objectives.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, modern .NET tech, and continuous improvement in a secure environment, with Agile processes and mentoring responsibilities for junior staff.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• 15+ years of experience supporting software development for Government/DoD programs
• Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies and modern software development methodologies
• Ability to lead development efforts and brief senior Government/program leadership on solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise .NET software applications.
• Develop web-based, desktop, and API-driven applications using modern .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements.
• Integrate applications with enterprise databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software following industry best practices.
• Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity to ensure compliance with Government security requirements.
• Support deployments, upgrades, configuration management, and version control.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Research and implement emerging technologies to improve capabilities.
