Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior software engineer to support mission-critical federal government systems in Washington. You will troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with a high-performing team, and contribute to design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications with secure coding practices.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of software development, and expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, front-end JS/TS frameworks, and DevOps with Docker.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or SWE preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Certification meeting DoD 8140 (Security+ or higher).
• Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or similar.
• 10+ years of professional software development in mission-critical environments.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET and Entity Framework.
• Front-end: TypeScript/JavaScript/HTML/CSS/Angular/React.
• Back-end: SQL Server/T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub; CI/CD and Docker.
• Windows Server, PowerShell, IIS, Kerberos, OIDC.
