Job summary

NetServices (NSI), now a subsidiary of Synergy ECP, seeks a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and manage application development projects supporting IT infrastructure. You will integrate third-party components, modify existing code, and automate tasks under lead architects in a data-rich environment.

The role requires 8+ years in full-stack development, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong SDLC knowledge, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-stack software engineer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Proven experience in software development and application management.
• Strong knowledge of application design, development, testing, and management.
• Experience with programmatic integration of third-party components.
• Proficiency in modifying existing code and introducing new capabilities.
• Ability to recommend and implement process improvements and automation.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects in support of IT infrastructure.
• Integrate third-party components programmatically and introduce new capabilities.
• Modify existing code to enhance functionality and performance.
• Recommend process improvements and automate operations and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications under lead architects.
• Work on large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
