Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 3+ years of progressively responsible full-time IT experience (applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, database administration, data processing or user services) with at least 18 months in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of progressively more responsible full-time experience as described above.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of progressively responsible full-time experience as described above.
• A combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements, with at least a four-year high school diploma and 3+ years of related experience, including 18 months in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in application development using multiple programming languages and technologies.
• Develop web applications using JSP, Struts, Spring, and Web Services.
• Provide architectural vision, research, and design strategies for enterprise projects.
• Review and modify system specifications to meet business needs.
• Implement scalable, maintainable software solutions and oversee end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Contribute to project development tailored to specific requirements and ensure security and reliability.
