Confidential in Irving, TX seeks a Senior/Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to own design, development, and compliance of enterprise-grade applications in a Microsoft- and Azure-first environment. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, mentoring engineers, and shaping how we build—integrating AI capabilities into our development lifecycle and business solutions.

You will guide architecture, enforce standards, and oversee deployments across Dev, UAT, and Prod.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams at scale.
Expertise in C#/.NET 8 and ASP.NET Core (Web API, Razor Pages).
Demonstrated AI/ML or LLM-based solution experience integrated into products/workflows.
Proven with Azure App Configuration, Application Insights, and Health Check library.
Strong understanding of DDD, SOLID, and repository patterns.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise applications with secure, scalable APIs using .NET 8 and Azure SQL.
Define coding standards and enforce engineering governance.
Lead AI-driven development and integration across products and tools.
Oversee deployments across Dev, UAT, and Prod environments; ensure security and reliability.
Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and guide team ceremonies.
