Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
- 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and software design.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines and IaC concepts.
- Experience migrating monolithic architectures to modern stacks.
- Experience developing cloud-native solutions (Azure).
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the software team with mentorship and talent development.
- Plan and drive IT projects to on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Ensure availability, reliability, and security of systems.
- Promote agile delivery and secure software releases.
- Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives and architecture discussions.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Guide team through transformations and staffing decisions.
- Manage budgets and ensure IT policy compliance.
