Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams and delivering complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of modern web apps using React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS, PostgreSQL.
• Mentor engineers and drive high-quality delivery and team growth.
• Establish coding standards, PR processes, and secure development practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews ensuring engineering best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to boost productivity and documentation.
• Support CI/CD, release planning, and production troubleshooting.
