Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience.
• 5+ years building payment systems.
• Expert in C# / .NET 8+.
• Durable workflow engine experience.
• Kafka in production.
• Azure PaaS experience.
• Idempotency, saga and reconciliation patterns.
• PCI DSS and tokenization.
• Observability design (OpenTelemetry/APM).
• Aligning multiple teams on shared architecture.
