Improvix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for a federal program delivering high-visibility mission outcomes.

You will own architecture for MS/.NET applications, mentor developers, and guide tool strategy across SharePoint, Power Platform, and modern web stacks. The role emphasizes staying hands-on, shaping standards, and delivering scalable solutions onsite in Washington, DC, with hybrid collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting architecture and technology selection decisions for enterprise applications.
• Strong full-stack skills with React, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical roadmaps for full-stack applications built on .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) and modern web frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms balancing scalability, security, and TCO.
• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor developers to raise quality.
• Own architecture and tooling decisions across Microsoft and web applications; oversee modernization efforts.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable reliable deployments.
