Job summary

InfoPeople Corp seeks a senior .NET GIS developer to build and maintain an ArcGIS Pro-integrated data maintenance platform and extend editing features. You will work with ESRI GIS tools, SQL Server, and Azure to deliver scalable, cloud-based GIS solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in full-stack .NET development, strong ArcGIS Pro experience, and proficiency with REST APIs, ArcPy, and Python. You will collaborate across teams to meet agency modernization goals and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of full-stack .NET development experience.
• Strong GIS background with ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap knowledge.
• Proficient in SQL Server and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GIS data integration.
• Hands-on ArcPy/Python scripting and ArcGIS editing tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a .NET/C# ArcGIS Pro-integrated data maintenance platform.
• Extend editing features to support agency modernization goals.
• Design, develop, and optimize GIS data storage and workflows.
• Develop full-stack solutions using .NET, JavaScript, and ArcGIS SDKs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to deliver outcomes.
• Implement automated GIS workflows with Python and ModelBuilder.
• Review code, troubleshoot, and ensure system stability.
