Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Senior GIS Programmer/Systems Analyst to support the Office of Information Technology’s GIS Program and the Office of Planning. The role includes upgrading an Agricultural Preservation Model and migrating an ArcMap AddIn to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn.

You will develop GIS applications in an Enterprise GIS environment, perform code reviews, and document processes. Strong SQL, ArcGIS Model Builder, Python, and report creation with SSRS/Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years’ experience in systems analysis or related field.
• Recent engagement with a government entity would be favorable.

Responsibilities

• GIS application development in an Enterprise GIS environment.
• Code review, documentation, planning and development.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
• Development of reports using SSRS, Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server preferred).
