Job summary

AVER, LLC seeks a Senior .Net Application Developer to advance software that supports government missions. You will design, code, test, and deploy .NET-based solutions across the full SDLC while guiding junior staff in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in .Net development, strong C#/ASP.NET Core expertise, and experience with security protocols, DBs, and DevOps. This role requires Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; hybrid work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical analysis experience as a .Net Software Application Developer.
• Experience with C# (.Net CORE), .NET 6+ and .NET Framework 4.8+.
• Experience with DevOps tools and MVC/MVVM patterns.
• Experience with EF Core, SQL Server, and web services (REST).
• Security, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• RBAC and JWT-based API security; Windows Server; Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle software solutions across projects.
• Support web platforms, data-entry systems, client-server apps.
• Design, develop, debug, and deploy production software.
• Coordinate product integration per client requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and teams.
