• Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
• Researches and coordinates conversion/integration of new products per client requirements.
• Designs and develops major enhancements to existing software.
• Addresses problems of systems integration and cross-platform compatibility.
• Consults with project teams and end users to identify requirements.
• Performs feasibility analyses for future projects.
• Instructs and reviews work of other developers on the team.
• Participates in development of software user manuals.
