Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced software engineer to join a rapidly growing, global commerce technology organization. You will build enterprise-grade solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks like React and Angular, in a secure, Agile environment.

You will contribute to payment, security, identity, and data analytics capabilities across web, mobile, and in-store platforms, with emphasis on performance, accessibility, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software application development experience using .NET and SQL Server.
• Strong experience building web applications using MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep expertise in modern SPA architectures and frameworks including React, Angular, Redux, TypeScript, and state management patterns.
• Experience developing and securing API layers using modern authentication and authorization practices (JWT tokens, API security, secure coding standards).
• Strong understanding of Micro Frontends/Micro UI architectures.
• Experience with server-side rendering implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of web performance optimization, localization, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience decomposing monolithic applications into reusable, scalable components.
• Strong SQL Server database development and optimization skills.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with accurate effort estimation, sprint planning, and task management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering maintainable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of secure coding, application security, and software quality practices.
• Ability to successfully pass criminal background and credit checks.

Responsibilities
