Motion Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join a global commerce technology organization. You will build enterprise-grade web apps using .NET, SQL Server, React, and Angular, focusing on secure APIs, performance, and scalable front-end architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with .NET and SQL Server.
• Experience building web apps with MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Strong SPA experience with React/Angular/TypeScript.
• Secure API development using modern auth practices (JWT).
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends and SSR.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of software application development experience using .NET and SQL Server
• Strong experience building web applications using MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Deep expertise in modern SPA architectures and frameworks including React, Angular, Redux, TypeScript, and state management patterns
• Experience developing and securing API layers using modern authentication and authorization practices (JWT tokens, API security, secure coding standards)
• Strong understanding of Micro Frontends/Micro UI architectures
• Experience with server-side rendering implementations
• Advanced knowledge of web performance optimization, localization, and accessibility best practices
• Experience decomposing monolithic applications into reusable, scalable components
• Strong SQL Server database development and optimization skills
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with accurate effort estimation, sprint planning, and task management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering maintainable solutions
