Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on software development experience building microservices with C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years in a Software Development Manager or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of modern software design principles, patterns, and architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a track record of delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure.
