Qualifications

C# and .NET application development is required.

Azure AI Search, RAG architectures, and knowledge retrieval pipelines experience.
Microsoft Teams applications, Adaptive Cards, and conversational experiences.
REST APIs and enterprise system integrations experience.
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Experience designing AI solutions with focus on usability and employee experience.
Observability, telemetry, and AI performance optimization is a plus.
