Applicants must have 7-10 years of experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Project and other office tools. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $135,000.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience with Departments of Transportation.
• Proven success in delivering minor to complex environmental projects.
• Fluency with project management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary team for infrastructure planning studies.
• Prepare NEPA documents from minor to complex environmental assessments.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and maintain client relations.
