Job summary

Arcadis in Louisiana is seeking a mid-level to Senior NEPA Specialist for the Infrastructure team to lead and manage NEPA documents for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects. You will coordinate multi-firm teams, develop scopes, schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications include 7–10 years in seller-doer roles with DOTs and a Bachelor’s in planning or related field; Master’s degree and professional registrations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of seller-doer experience with Departments of Transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in planning, policy, a biological or physical science, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-firm, multi-task teams and contracts for infrastructure planning studies.
• Prepare NEPA documents for a range of projects from minor to complex.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; maintain client relationships; mentor junior staff.
• Adhere to Arcadis’ practices including quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate meetings, resources and presentations with clients.
