Arcadis is seeking a Senior NEPA Specialist in Baton Rouge, LA to lead NEPA delivery for infrastructure projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, prepare NEPA documents, and develop scopes, schedules and budgets while maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes communication, mentorship, and adherence to Arcadis’ quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of DOT-focused NEPA experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with MS Project,

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience as seller-doer with Departments of Transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in planning, policy, biology, physical science, or economics.
• Fluency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-firm, multi-task interdisciplinary teams for infrastructure planning studies.
• Prepare NEPA documents for projects ranging from minor to complex.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Engage in clear oral and written communication with stakeholders.
