Job summary

Arcadis in Nashville is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to join the Intelligent Mobility Services Team. You will lead delivery of programs and projects across the Southeast, collaborating with senior program managers, project managers, and engineers.

This hybrid role requires local presence in Nashville with occasional client meetings in person. You will apply traffic analysis and design principles to improve safety and operations and coordinate with diverse subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in traffic engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• EIT with the ability to obtain TN PE within 1 year of hire.
• U.S. Driver’s License.
• Experience with Traffic Analysis and Engineering Principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects and programs.
• Provide written and verbal updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Present technical results and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with survey, roadway design, and environmental teams to deliver client projects.
• Lead project pursuit strategies and plans with client managers.
