Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in serving as a seller-doer with State Departments of Transportation.
• Fluency with MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
• Master’s degree and related project planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-firm, interdisciplinary team task orders for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare NEPA documents for varying project complexities.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
