Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Senior NDE Level II Technician to support inspection, manufacturing, and quality assurance of aerospace hardware at our Torrance, CA facility. You will perform non-destructive evaluation including DR, CT, PAUT, MT, and VT/Weld Inspection, ensuring conformance to drawings, procedures, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical, vocational, or trade school education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on NDE inspection experience, preferably within aerospace, defense, aviation, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency at the site.
• Conduct in-process, final, and post-fabrication inspections to verify product quality and conformance.
• Perform DR, CT, PAUT, MT, and VT/Weld Inspection on aerospace components, assemblies, and fabricated hardware per approved procedures.
