Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced NC Engineer to oversee CNC programming and machining processes, developing and training staff while collaborating with project teams to ensure parts are processed through CNC machines efficiently.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, strong communication skills in English, and extensive CNC/machining experience. You will work with design and manufacturing teams to manage projects, schedules, and budgets, while aligning with customer

Qualifications

• CNC programming/machining experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field is required; substitutions possible with extensive experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Catia, NX Unigraphics, SAP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and development of up-to-date CNC/machining practices.
• Develop and train personnel to new processes.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers and project teams to process parts through CNC machines.
• Communicate with design and manufacturing support teams.
• Develop and release project plans, including schedules and budgets.
• Interact with customers to determine requirements and deliverables.
