Job summary

Armada Ltd. is seeking a Navy Validator III to conduct validation in accordance with Navy SCA RMF requirements. The role requires active NQV Level III certification and DoD RMF experience, with travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The candidate will prepare SAPs, assess control implementations, document residual risk, and generate SAR/RAR reports, collaborating with ISSMs and SCA liaisons. A Bachelor's degree in CS and a security-focused background are expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in IAT/DoD RMF certification and accreditation.
• Active Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) Level III certification required.
• IAT Level II certs (Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate systems against RMF baseline as an independent validator.
• Prepare SAP with input from ISSE/ISSM and obtain SCA approval.
• Document residual risk in SAR/RAR and brief PM/ISSM.
• Produce technical docs: SOPs, reports, POA&Ms and RMF artifacts.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS as required; up to ~14 trips per year.
