Job summary

International Executive Service Corps supports NAVSEA TEAM SUB and related program offices in cybersecurity and accreditation efforts. The role requires deep knowledge of C&A, RMF, and DoD IA processes for submarine programs and the Navy IT landscape.

The candidate will apply C&A guidance, produce essential documentation, and collaborate with multiple Navy offices to maintain secure, compliant systems and risk management activities across the submarine program portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of practical experience in cybersecurity, engineering, T&E, or A&A fields.
• Experience in IA or C&A related field.
• CNSS 4016 intermediate level (certificate not required).
• In-depth knowledge of all C&A subject areas.
• Apply Navy C&A guidance to Navy RMF efforts.
• Strong writing skills to develop SSPs, Contingency Plans, PIA, Certification Reports, POA&M, and other C&A docs.
• Must be DoD 8570.01-M IAM or IAT Level III certified.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical or managerial discipline.
• NAVWAR RMF-101 course completed.
• NAVWAR-NQV-201 course completed.
• DISA eMASS training completed.
• DISA ACAS training completed.
• Navy IT familiarity and NAVY RMF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to NAVSEA TEAM SUB Submarine Ship Building Program Offices and related organizations.
• Explain TEAM SUB structure and liaison with PEOs and acquisition offices.
